Briggs engine
Received a day early. Package was in great shape. Delivery was made by FedEx. No oil spills, or visible damage. Will install in the next day or two for an update. Looking at the quality of the engine I can tell its solid.

Great replacement engine

Governor gear failed
Catastrophic failure of the engines mechanical governor 2.5 years into using as a replacement lawnmower engine, do not buy if you want longevity.

Perfect fit.
This was a perfect fit for my 2013 Ferris IS600Z using a legacy 44Q7775145G5 with 595730 Crankshaft. Working as it should. White smoke for about a 30 min. Box included (2) muffler gaskets with engine manual. No oil as expected.

Bolted right up to my 7 yr old garden tractor
Easy install only thing different is now my throttle control works reverse of what it was before. No fault of the sender put maybe a BIG "THIS SIDE UP" on the box and all the oil wouldn't leak out and all over the motor. Also by being turned upside down the oil dip stick came out and was bent, I straightened it, no biggie there but by the cap being off Styrofoam got in to the oil fill tube, I flushed engine with a quart of oil and a few pieces came out. I'll do a oil change at 1 hour and again at the 5 hour break in period. If I wasn't in need of the motor I'd of sent it back. Also and again no fault of the sender but this order kept having delivery extended a day, 3 times! I finally went and picked it up myself
