Do these fit 2016 corvette stingray z51? heard they do but this amazon site says no for my vehicle...

They fit on mine. Z26-1474A & Z26-1718 were both a perfect fit on my '16 Z51. I didn't notice any loss in braking, and you'll love the lack of dust.

Do the Brembo clips work with these brake pads? I have heard that the clips that come with these are not that great.

Not sure if reusing the Brembo clips will work however I installed these on a ‘16 C7 Z51 without any issues.

What is the difference between the Z26 1474A and the 1405?

For my 2014 Z51 Stingray the z26-1474A is the front brake pads. The rear pads are Z26-1718. suggest you call Pro Stop at 888-863-4415 to get an answer.
