Ingredients; Pasteurised Cream (from cows MILK) Ingredients Pasteurised Clotted CREAM (100%) (Cow's MILK) Manufacturer Contact Information Manufactured for: Coombe Castle BV, Tijnjedijk 91, 8936 AC, Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Review: once open, lasts for barely a week. - Let me be honest.I have never tasted authentic clotted cream,so I am no one to comment on the taste . To me it tasted a little like cream cheese without the tang. The awful thing was, the whole tub could not be utilised as the clotted cream has to be utilised within 5 days, once opened . The shelf life is long, true ,but once opened,it cannot be stored in the refrigerator long enough to get through a kilogram of the stuff....at least not for a small family .A lesson learnt. The cream has to go into the freezer once opened or get smaller portions, which costs more than double, when adjusted for weight! Tough decision! Review: Product arrived in very bad condition. - As I said: Product arrived in very bad condition. Impossible to taste it. I suppose the cream got corrupted along the travel. Pity! ## Features - Large 1KG Tub English Clotted Cream - Plastic re-sealable Tub - Long expiry date 4+ months (unopened) - Perfect for events, occasions, cafes etc ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07KCZYKSH | | Allergen Information | Contains: Milk | | Allergen information | Contains: Milk | | Brand | Devon Cream Company | | Brand Name | Devon Cream Company | | Container Type | Tin | | Cuisine | english cuisine | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 9 Reviews | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Package Weight | 1054 Grams | | Item Weight | 1 Kilograms | | Item form | Cream | | Item weight | 1 Kilograms | | Manufacturer Contact Information | Manufactured for: Coombe Castle BV, Tijnjedijk 91, 8936 AC, Leeuwarden, Netherlands. | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Type Name | Tub | | Package type | Tub | | Package weight | 1054 Grams | | Size | 1 kg (Pack of 1) | | Unit Count | 1000 gram | ## Product Details - **Allergen information:** Contains: Milk - **Brand:** Devon Cream Company - **Item form:** Cream - **Item weight:** 1 Kilograms - **Package type:** Tub - **Package weight:** 1054 Grams - **Unit count:** 1000 gram ## Images ![Devon Cream Company English Clotted Cream 1kg - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71UyRL8fKyL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: how many scones would 1k tub of clotted cream do** A: None!
