This is already diluted and is useful for all kinds of ailments. Spots, cuts and even on my toothbrush! If I feel a cold coming on I take it in a water bottle and if it's really bad I breathe it via a nebuliser. It's an excellent product to have in the medicine cupboard.

I started taking this for a suspected candida overgrowth which I think may be causing my histamine sensitivity. I have only been taking it for about a week and it takes a lot longer than that for candida to be dealt with so my results regarding that can wait, but in the past week, I noticed some other benefits that I wasn’t expecting.I had a fungal toenail infection for years and hadn’t really dealt with it so it had been growing gradually bigger under my big toes. It didn’t occur to me that the oregano oil would help this at all. Well I noticed one night after a dose of the oil that my toes were really itchy. At this point I hadn’t looked at my toes in ages. So the next morning I thought I’d check my toes and the fungal infections had gone, just completely gone! I couldn’t believe it.I also have noticed that my hair doesn’t get greasy so quickly and my hair just seems generally thicker and healthier. I used to have to wash my hair every day. I have a problem with hair loss and breakage due to the stress on my adrenal glands from poor nutrition and digestive issues, so it’s been very thin lately, but today after washing it felt so thick and not so dry and straw like. It didn’t lie flat to my head, it actually had some volume.I use it as a mouthwash too which definitely keep my breath fresher for longer and feels good after using.So yeah, really happy with this stuff!Yeah it tastes bad but it’s medicine, get over it. The other reviewers who said it was not drinkable are just being dramatic. It’s not that bad. Burns a bit when using a mouthwash but what mouthwash doesn’t.

I originally bought this to use as a mouthwash for mouth ulcers. I ended up mixing it with a carrier oil for my daughters eczema. Really helped with the itching. Subsequently, also helped as a mouthwash. Pretty sure it’s useful for other things, so will be looking into that a bit more, as really pleased so far with the uses we have tried.

I already use another brand of oregano oil for internal use but I was pleasantly surprised to find one that was water soluble. I mainly use as a nasal spray and it fixes my hayfever in seconds! I only use a couple of drops with in some water and pour it into an empty nasal spray bottle.

Been using the oil for some years now so very well aware of the health benefits of oregano oil, but water soluble is a new one on me. Tried this for the first time today and wow, so surprised at how easy it was to take and definitely does not burn like the oil. Bought a second one. Also I dilute the oil and place it around my nose and mouth if I’m near a sick person.

In its emulsified form this oregano is more easily ingested and it’s high carvacol too

A truly brilliant product. I bought this for two uses. One - a mouthwash to vaccinate the inside of the mouth after an infected tooth caused sinusitis. It was powerful enough to cleanse the gum. Two - to mix with a saline solution to put into left sinus. You can’t make this too strong as your sinus will reject it. So far so good! You can ingest it, but I didn’t buy it for that purpose. Be warned that it is spicy if mixed too strong and can, therefore, burn your lips slightly.
