Good support
Ordered this for ankle/ foot support based on a ligament injury. I have small feet and ankles and most of the previous ones I’ve tried were too loose. Used the size measurement guide and it fits perfectly. Ordered the teal and blue color since it was the only one in my size.

A necessity for ankle recover after injury or lack of fitness
I have been recovering from serious injuries in both of my ankles. Without these socks I am unable to walk more than a block or two at the most. These socks are completely different from anything else I've tried, and so far that's about a dozen recovery socks, none of them are worth a dime, but these Bauerfiend socks are life savers! They are well worth the cost; I have bought four of them so far along with other Bauerfiend items which I am so happy are available in the US (they are made in Germany and very well-engineered).

Great quality Great fit
I ordered an L and it fit just right. The compression isn’t bad on the skin plus it really stabilizes the ankle while running with no irritation. Its value is definitely right for the price, I’d say for certain that this is worth it. I would say buying this product you will have to avoid wearing socks because it does apply to much pressure while wearing shoes and cuts some circulation to the foot. So no socks! Plus, it feels better anyways running with no socks.

Nice compression sock a bit tight on a newly recovered ankle
Really nice sock. I started wearing it 8 weeks after an ankle surgery and it was uncomfortable as my ankle got swollen right at the joint/heel where the sock is tightest. I am sure it will be useful later in when the swelling goes down from the heel/joint area. Love the colors and the fabric.

Bauerfeind Ankle Support is top quality!
This is the first Ankle Support for me to try - The Bauerfeind Ankle Support is excellent quality. I have tried many knee supports & braces, back braces, arm braces, etc; ranging from places like Dick's Sporting Goods and in Germany the Zimmermann line from Orthopaedic shops. So at least have a basis for comparison. The other products like Zimmermann in Germany would be the most similar in quality and style, and at the highest upper end of quality ... but the Zimmermann products were always inconvenient for me to buy and size properly/comfortably. But the Bauerfeind product was extremely easy to buy online at Amazon, and while I was nervous about sizing for such an online purchase, the instructions to measure myself worked perfectly to find the proper size. So, I got the right size, and it fits snug yet comfortable, and the high quality of the materials and construction make it feel like a proper professional sports aid. I have now tried it on several 10km runs, and some shorter ones. First try, not so comfortable, because I wore a sock over the Support which made my shoe a bit tight. The second run, I wore no sock and was worried about the bare toes in the shoe, but that worked perfectly. So I suggest relying on the sizing method online, and wear without a sock. I recommend the Bauerfeind Sports Ankle Support.

Kid will not wear it as the color is "funky"
I guess I should have looked for a plain black or white one, or I may have just lit some money on fire here after the panic of a sports injury. Intended user does not like the "funky turquoise" color. These look and feel about the same as the lower cost ones (much lower cost ones), but maybe I will try and wear these myself as they oddly fit me even though it says I should have a larger size. So funny color, funny size, not ideal. Perhaps over-hyped. But I will update if I try it and it works great or we can hide it under a sock or something.Update: I got to use these myself after I had some soreness from jumping in a workout. The good--I felt they relieved the common foot ailments (plantar fasciatis, tibilias tendinitis, etc). The bad--the fit was odd. The left was tighter than the right. They are looser on the ankle and tighter on the top of the feet. Then probably the worst part is how they roll up or fold up when you put a shoe on.

Quality
Helped me feel more secure on the court. The fit was good for me. I have the knees and elbow braces as well. Still early on but looks like this will last as it appears to be built well. They are not cheap. Time will be the tell for me as far as value and if one truly gets what they pay for. So far, I do recommend this product.

If I wanted a sock I would have ordered a sock.
This is not at all the level of quality or performance as the one you get from the doctors office, very disapointed. This is missing the gel bladders on the side, this is just a sock yall.
