Skullcandy Smoking Earbud Headphones Tokidoki

Its ok for inexpensive ear buds. The volume control does not work at all. If the addition to the product is of no value and doesn't work properly then leave it off.

I understand skullcandy to be a very good brand. I myself have the 50/50s and love them. I ordered these earbuds for my daughter. They didn't work well at all. There was poor sound in both ears and only got one channel, that is to say you could only hear the background of the songs and not the melody or singer's voice. I put in for a refund, since they are not sold by amazon and only fulfilled by them I wasn't elligable for a replacement. I then ordered another pair. They arrived quickly but had the same problem, as well as the in-line button (pause/change tracks) didn't work at all. It wouldn't even depress. I'm very frustrated and don't know if I should be mad at skullcandy or this seller.

Now there are some controversy on if the product is faux or real. It depends on the company you buy through. I bought mine from BEKIWO who has put out there not faux product be careful of product scams. Now they ship through Amazon and have a pretty good response if needed.As for the earbud headphones they are great! I love how the sound is better quality than any other company out their. I had ink'd scallcandy earbuds for a long time and loved them tell they finally broke. So these were the replacement and they sound way better. I like that it has a volume control button. The little case that came with it is really cool and holds a lot including a mini iPod shuffle.Now I don't know much on Tokidoki, let alone Japanese animate but this has cute all over. The heart over cross bones on earbuds them selves, then the case with all the hip hop skull buddies are soooooo cute!*Updates*My last pair broke because of hard use. So I bought a pair from RedApples. Yes they are real Skull Candy product as well! Very good quality listening and I love the volume control on these that's why I bought a second pair!

These are great! Granted my last pair were the hard plastic ones that hurt your ears. These fit snug and block outside sound well, feel kinda weird but once that initial weirdness passes, these are great. Delivers good sound right to your eardrum. I also love actually having a case. That said, the case is pretty big, don't really know what all you need to put in it but it is great for keeping the cord from tangling with everything else in the bag, desk, junk drawer this thing goes in. And, I heart the design, so cute!!Overall, these aren't like OMFG! but for the price, comfort, and earbud sound quality, I would rate these at omg.

Works as it should. Was taken back by the string looking headphone wires. Not what I was expecting, especially being made by SkullCandy.

They are not functioning properly. You can here the sound oonly if you push a button and the sound is worse comparing with other items.Very desapointed.

TOKI DOKI.... its the stuff... the right stuff

Not sure why they would use those photos for the Tokidoki earbuds, they are not the correct ones. I ordered them thinking they would have the in-line sliding volume control and nylon wrapped cords since, you know, it's pictured that way in the photos. The earbuds arrived with just an in-line mic and no volume control whatsoever, also the cords were simple rubber, no nylon in sight. I emailed the seller requesting a replacement and while they did respond and sent a replacement fairly quickly, they sent the exact same thing again except this time, the white earbuds were yellow from probably sitting in sunlight for so long (ew!) Needless to say, I returned both and got my money back. If anyone knows where to actually find Skullcandy Smokin' Earbuds with in-line SLIDING volume control regardless of color, please advise because I'm getting frustrated.
