Expensive but works
I received the remote quickly (I did order next day delivery). Connected it to the bed and it worked. No complaints, no issues. I would recommend them again for this particular remote. I do agree that it is expensive.

Perfect replacement remote
Was worried this wouldn’t fix the problem on our split king but it did. When I first plugged it in it worked for 5 seconds then quit. Then I remembered I have to unplug the whole bed and leave it unplugged for an hour to reset it.That did the trick.I ordered 2 in case my side breaks too. Wish they weren’t so expensive for just a little remote but it is what it is.Received very quickly!

Expensive (in my opinion), but worth it in the long run
I was gifted a barely used Serta motion bed from my parents awhile back. Upon setting it up, we realized that their pup had chewed through the wires for one of the remotes (it still worked, but I felt like it was unsafe to keep plugged in (even with electrical tape)).Long story short, I tried finding a new remote and couldn't find anything that would work (for a relatively decent price). Searching through amazon, I found this one and finally decided to purchase.Everything works as it should and we now have a bed that can safely adjust on both sides.In the end, I hope I won't ever have to buy another remote, but if I had to, I'd go here first to purchase.

Works!
I have a new puppy who loves to chew cords. I covered most of them with protective covers but the bed controller was out of the way and cover was not needed, so I thought. The unit is hard to find so I was limited to where I could purchase it. In my opinion the price for the unit is "out of control!" If I could find any other source for the unit I would buy it from them. The unit I received is exactly the same as what I had and works well. Its just the price gauging that makes me mad. The puppy chewed the other side before I could cover it and this time I repaired it. It was not that hard to do and saved me a lot of money. I would not recommend this product to my friends, I would show them how to repair it!
