Works as intended
It is a pretty light weight lap top ,thin and pretty good config..The only downturn is that when you switch it on first you might need to make yourself a coffee and armed with some patience for the income updates.I use it without battery as i play with it plugged in so,not much to say about that. In terms of brightness i can say that is not as good as the Alienware that i have before i get this one but,it does the job,no problems do far.

Really poorly made
From day one I've had obscure bugs that have nothing to do with what I'm doing on there. I have literally nothing installed on the computer apart from Norton's antivirus software and one game. The game actually plays perfectly, but everything else to do with the computer is incredibly slow and buggy. Every time I turn it on there's a new issue: the sound goes, certain keys don't work, it's crazy slow and 100% maxed out CPU with no programs running, screen is blank etc. Really really poorly made.

Solid gaming laptop
Really happy with this product. After the initial setup and the myriad of updates windows needed to install, the laptop boots quickly and plays some older titles fully maxed out. Far cry 3 being a personal favourite. As for the most recent games I couldn’t say. The texture of the casing is a bit of a dust magnet but that’s a minor quibble, just keep it in a case. Overall it has all the functionality I require and would expect for the price.

Not good
The computer I got was slow and I had to send it to repair 2 days after getting it, to which they said they found nothing wrong with it, I'm very unhappy with this, and I asked for a refund to which I had no reply about.

KEYBOARD NOT WORKING
Some of the keyboard buttons don't workFor some reason none of the repairs for keyboards solves the problem

Not the best
If you buy one without the M.2 drive installed as the C: drive you may have problems. The Seagate Barracuda HDD isn't the best, at 5400rpm it's slow and you will find games pausing for a second while the drive is accessed. I had to install a 256GB M.2 SSD to run my main games from.
