The material is flimsy and poor quality, it doesn’t fit the neck properly without strangling yourself in the process. Not worth the money.

I found this product very helpful when I had a pulled muscle in my neck. I found it very comfortable and not in the slightest bit irritating to my skin. I have bought many of these over many years as they do last in accordance to how much use they receive. I found washing them by hand or in woolen wash did not affect mine at all. It does suggest washing in water for five minutes however by manufacturer. I would recommend them and for me I found they did produce a comfortable heat which I found soothing. They are not expensive to buy at all.

I would have liked stronger magnets

Too flimsy, velcro didn't stick and it offered no support whatsoever

Not only did this product not help with pain relief it felt to tight even when it was loose. I felt like an idiot wearing it let alone purchasing this. Avoid it at all costs

Fits well does what it says I didn't find the heat that helpful but that's a personal obsefvation

Not comfortable and had a strong smell of plastic. I threw it away after the first try.

This thing is so poorly made and it shows 5 magnets and maybe there are three in there. I will be sending this back

As I stated above it was a little too small I had to make a modification and it could be used a couple more magnets
