I am so addicted to it. I have been using it for 5 years. I just love the taste. It may sound funny. But as a kid i used to eat mud. I still crave for mud. So when i eat this calcium it really gives satisfaction.

Good choice for the money.**UPDATE**I took these for about six months. I started to notice my nails were getting weaker and weaker, despite taking double calcium and biotin every day. I ended up having to switch back to my previous brand of calcium because my nails got so bad. I cannot grow them past the pink, they split (layers, like onion skin) and are soft. It will probably take six months for my nails to grow back out again. I’m assuming it was something about the different D vitamin that my body didn’t absorb correctly.

It was good that you can eat with a peace of mind that is halal. That was tha main point. It’s great too I am super busy I cannot remember each day to eat but the day I am eating I feel strong. Do you have for kids too. One thing that you didn’t mention which ages can have it please at next product mention this.
