Wayside Plants of the Islands: A Guide to the Lowland Flora of the Pacific Islands Paperback – August 1, 1995

I use this book extensively for my work when I'm doing invasive species surveys in urban areas on Oahu. It's a useful reference book plus is helpful for home gardeners who like to find out the names of the weeds in their yards.

I ordered this book because I was travelling to Vanuatu, and thought it would be a good guide, and that the paperback version would be easier to carry. Well it is, but all the plant photos are reproduced in poor quality, low resolution, black and white. Do not buy this book if you want an indication of flower and foliage colour, order the hardback. Otherwise, it's a good book!
