Physicool Coolant Combo Pack (PHY002) This is a brilliant product. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis. My right knee was swollen, really badly for which I had had been using ice three to four times a day to reduce the swelling for few days. Used the Physicool for two hours and this reduced the swelling by half and the swelling didn't return. This is a first product which has worked for me after 30 years of suffering from Arthritis.

I have arthritic knees. This got me walking again. I use at the first sign of heat in joint. I can't recommend enough.

Very different sensation doing cold therapy to knee by pulling heat out rather than applying cold to surface. Knee stays cool for quite a while after removing treatment bandage.
