Samsung Galaxy Note-8. I would be nice if the manufacturer comes out with belt pouches to fit in phones put in such cases.

This is a slim and comfortable case, especially for an Otterbox brand. I don't find that it's too bulky and still very pocketable. Fit is near perfect and the protective features seem top notch. I have two issues/complaints. One is that the exterior/back of the case is hard plastic. This makes the case slide around when placing it on another hard surface. This can lead to falls and drops. The other issue is the protective plugs that have to be removed for the earphone jack and charging port. It's a pain to have to remove these plugs each time that you need access to those ports. In fairness, I suppose that there is some level of extra protection from having the plugs there. I plan to cut them out so that I have the convenience of instant access. Good case overall.

I had to look for a long time before finding a case like this for my Galaxy Note 8. The exact outer hard-shell material of this case is something I needed specifically to attach a 3rd party adapter (quad lock).I love this case because it protects my phone from any accidental drops (which happens more often than you expect when you have kids, an active lifestyle, etc.), and also fits in my pocket even though it is beefier than a regular phone skin case.Putting the case on the phone and taking it off is also a breeze:Put on the soft rubber on the phone first, then snap on the hard outer shell. Done!As you can see in the pictures, I have a 3rd party adapter added on so I can attach and detach my phone to a quad-lock system on my bike and running arm-band. I trust this case to protect my phone when on runs, hikes, bike rides, and when my kids are playing with the phone.Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a case that will do the job of protecting their expensive phones, but also be easy to handle.The single drawback I would say is that the 4 corners with the exposed rubber of the case can have quite a bit of friction, which is good overall, but a little annoying when putting the phone in pockets and such. This is a minor issue for me, so I give this 5 stars!

I have had this Otter case for a few months now and I love it. It is sturdy and not bulky. I like that I can leave it on while charging as well as using in the mount in my car. I also appreciate that it covers up the slots for the auxiliary and charging ports. Great purchase.
