I wouldn’t buy one again
Expensive waste of money,was good while it worked.Used it a handful of times but after 16 months whilst using it black smoke and a terrible smell and loud banging so useless now as the warranty is only 12 months.Think carefully before spending so much on this product,I wouldn’t buy one again and this was a replacement as the first one I had only lasted a few months.

Absolutely brilliant, better than I thought it would be , so easy to use carpets looked brand new thanks vax , something that actually works brilliant, saved a fortune in hiring someone to clean carpets

Good cleaner
Brought this to clean our upstairs carpets and stairs, so far have done the carpets and was very good, cable is long enough, it went together easily, and the instructions are clear. It is a bit noisy, yet to try the hose attachment to do the stairs.Only negative there was no cleaning solution in the box so make sure you buy some separalty.

Vax rapid two cleaner
First of all I paid for a new machine,the I received had evidence of being used even a drop of water fell out as I assembled it.Also the instructions said a 250ml of platinum cleaner was included but it wasn’t there,8 paid £129.99 for a new model?..

It's not a great big thing but very powerful
It is so good and was like brand new. About 3 years ago I hired this huge carpet cleaner from asda the vax I got is 3 times better very happy

broke after using half a dozen times
it was great but after very little use is now unusable, The problem is because it's not something you use every day it's now out of warranty even though i've used it very little. sounds like the motor/belt has broken or something,, very loud, smells and doesn't go around, looks like a brand new machine but completely wrecked.
