I ordered this on Wednesday, and it arrived the next day which was a very pleasant surprise. I wanted this for work, as sitting at a computer all day takes a toll on my neck and shoulders and a heating pad isn't user friendly for my desk set up at the office. I immediately opened this up and threw it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and it made such a difference! I wasn't as stiff and had much less pain. This morning first thing I did the same thing, and now here at lunchtime I may go ahead and reheat it again just to keep everything loose and pain free. The scent is amazing, like a cup of herbal tea. It's not overpowering at all, and very pleasant. I may be ordering these later for my coworkers as gifts!

The fabric is so soft and the weight is perfect. The scent is very relaxing and not overpowering at all. The warmth lasts so long! Everyone needs one of these in their lives! It’s HEAVENLY!!!

I purchased this item as a holiday gift. When I looked at the box without realizing what it was, it smelled so sweet right through the packaging. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was the herbal wraps! The wraps smell very nice, possibly a little strong, but I imagine the scent will wear down with time. Since the wrap is very fragrant, this is probably not a good wrap while new to keep at work if you sit near others.The flaxseed fill feels very nice and as though it hugs every inch of your neck and back. I own another neck warmer filled with corn, and while it also feels nice and was the inspiration for this purchase, the corn is bulkier and doesn't conform as well as the flaxseed. We heated the neck wrap as designated for two minutes in our microwave and it still felt a little cold, so we heated for another minute against the instructions. Hopefully this won't ruin it.One consideration if you are ordering this product as a gift for someone who will have access to the package is to know the vendor puts a sticker on the generic packaging box that says their company name: Happy Wraps. A discerning gift recipient will have enough information to figure out the contents. I of course did not know the vendor would do this, and my gift recipient intercepted the package, so I was a bit bummed the surprise was possibly ruined.Either way, the recipient loved the gift, and I appreciated the vendor's efforts to get it to me in time for the holidays!

I purchased this as a gift for someone during the holidays, and they said they truly love it. They use the eye pillow & light guard regularly, but because they loved this so much, I decided I should try one since I have so much trouble with sleep. I put one on my wish list, since finances were so low, and when I did gratefully received one, I've been completely happy with it! Mine is purple. My favourite part is the actual neck wrap itself. It is so comfortable around and on my neck. I even walk around the house with it on, just to help to relax. I love the scent. It's a smart mix of herbs. I keep all of it sealed in a plastic bag near the side of my bed, simply to help preserve the length and strength of the scent. One thing, is I have not tried the Hot/Cold option, but it is one of the reasons I chose this, and it will come in handy. Lastly, because of the wonderful material, it doesn't attract pet hair, which is SUPER, if you have pets who shed, because you wouldn't want items with pet hair near your face. It's a remarkable product. We're each beyond happy!

Great product. I was replacing a similar microwaveable neck wrap I’ve had for years. This did not disappoint. It’s great for aches and pains. The fragrance from the herbs is not overpowering. (Take it from someone who is really sensitive to strong smells) You mostly get the chamomile. The heat last a good while before needed to be reheated. My grandmother has fallen asleep with it. I have not had any issues with the it burning. If that is a concern due to other reviews I would strongly recommend reading the directions before use. It does tell you to mist it before heating. I use a small spray bottle I have for my plants. Do not over heat.

I keep this in the freezer for use on my neck, it stores easily. It is easy to put on my neck and quickly soothes neck discomfort. The thing I don't care for is that there are so many scents in it> Sometimes the overall scent overwhelms me. I don't find the scent to be comforting or soothing. That is my opinion others may disagree.

If you like lavender and are not terribly sensitive to strong smells, this set is awesome! I'm a migraineur, and the scent of lavender really helps my nausea! This is a strong lavender scented product, so don't order if you have a sensitivity to strong smells. But the fabric was nice - LOVE the deep, royal purple - and the feel of the product (satin) was ideal for migraine sufferers who deal with increased heat around your head and neck like I do. I bought two of these - one for home use and the other for my emergency bag. I only bought one satin and one cotton though. The cotton one is a more dull, dark purple, and not quite as soothing, but certainly serviceable. Both are definitely worth the price and purchase. One thing - if like me, you are a bit picky about sleep masks, this one you will find to be cheap and useless. I threw both out immediately after opening the package. I instead make my own that are of the same satiny material as the pillow on one side and a soothing microfiber on the other. I also use cloth straps and Velcro so that I can adjust the 'tightness' instead - much better and much longer lasting.
