Is each roll 1000' long or is each roll 500' for a total combined length of 1000'?

I don't know exactly but if you order the single roll they say they are 1000 ft. each. I've used just 1 roll many times it seems never ending. So I would say they are 1000 ft. each. MIKE

Does it have adhesive like tape, or just cling to itself like Saran Wrap?

No adhesive- it’s cling-y.. but you stretch it to make it hold thing/ protect. Think like a pallet being wrapped up with plastic to keep the boxes from moving. ( that’s one of the uses for this I use it for wrapping items when moving- no tape residue!!)
