Leaks :(

I don't know if it was bad packaging when being shipped or if I just got a faulty container, but while I absolutely loved the formula, smell, colour, and the feel of this lip gloss on my lips, I just can't overlook the fact that it leaks like crazy through the tube. I don't even know from where it's leaking, but the tube is constantly sticking even though I've washed it many, many times and store it standing upright.
