How am I supposed to install this without instructions. No website or information online either, can’t find instructions anywhere.

As stated above the the dill hole template was not accurate. I had to make the drill hole spots by holding the actual tv wall mount on the wall and tracing where the drill holes should be made at. That is a critical step that needs correcting…. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DRILL HOLE TEMPLATE MATCHES THE TV WALL MOUNT..This is a very good full motion tv wall mount! Especially if you’re needing a single stud mounting!Due to the above reason is why I didn’t rate it at 5 stars across the board.. My tv is an LG 55” and it feels like it’s been mounted very securely to the wall..Fix the above problem and you’re good to go!!

I've had this for 4 months supporting my 65" LG OLED TV and it works great! It was very easy to install - but make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you are mounting it into a stud in the wall. I also highly recommend taking a drill bit slightly smaller in diameter than the bolts that come with it, and drilling your "starter holes" into the stud first so you aren't putting undue stress on the bolts when you have to crank them hard to screw them into stud - this is how these bolts break off in the wall if you don't "help them" a little. (or you can go to the hardware store and buy these same bolts in stainless steel which is a very hard metal and are harder to break than the ones that come with it - although the included ones work fine if you pre-drill your holes) I also like that it comes with velcro straps to tie your cords to the bracket.

65 inch is still up just leans to left if I move it out to look to left I think 65 is too big for this

I loved the price of this item. Well made, sturdy and even came with a template to drill holes in the wall. Excellent product. Shipping did take awhile to ship.

Alternative ways to install so it can fit your TV

Great TV wall mount bracket. This is a kit for someone that has a toolbox. If you require the wrench, and level in the kit to install this, then you might want to call a professional to do it. After reading all of the 1 star reviews, I feel it was from people who where in way over their head. The company engineer that designed this added extra holes in the TV mounting plate to match most, if not all TV's. Even though it was not shown in the instruction manual, common sense told me to move the TV hanging brackets to a different hole to match my TV. If you have trouble putting together things from Ikea, then this is not the kit for you. For the people complaining about the supplied wrench in the kit being cheap. You don't understand what the box end of the supplied wrench is for. The open end side of the wrench is to get the nuts 90% of the way tight, and the box end is to take it the last 10%. The instructions were very clear to me, and it works great for my needs.

My family has purchased a new flat screen tv for the family room. We wanted it mounted on the wall to fill up the wall and add to the experience of the new TV. The TV is now up and the only hard part about installing it was lifting the tv up to screw it on.

If you want your TV to be centred on the stud, it won’t be with this mount. I wanted to hang it over my fireplace and there’s a stud right in the centre of it. However this mount would make it off centre by about 4 or 5 inches - definitely enough to notice and be annoyed by it. I never actually hung it up so I can’t comment on sturdiness. I’m frustrated by the bad design and hope I can return it.

It's nice and easy to install the only challenges you will encounter is when you put bigger TV. Overall all great by the way seller I need the wall screw W1 and wall plug W2 coz it's accidentally put in wrong holes. Thank you
