This wine opener set is presented in a beautiful box, and the contents displayed artfully. Really looks top notch. Taking the rabbit out of the box, it feels heavy, solid, and moves smoothly when operated. The first time I used it to remove a cork from a wine bottle, it was perfect. But just as the cork was removed, something didn't feel quite right. Tried it tonight on a second bottle. Total fail. It pushed the cork all the way into the bottle, the screw failing to penetrate the cork at all. I'm disappointed, as I'd hoped this would serve for many years. But no such luck. I have to advise you to look elsewhere for a quality wine bottle opener.

I purchased this model as a gift for a friend. It looked much more sturdy and impressive than the one I had bought for myself (a different brand than this). Although I have not used it myself I say it is easy to use because I have used rabbit style openers before. This opener certainly has a much nicer feel and is made of better materials than the one I purchased for myself. I feel very good about giving this as a gift to my oldest and dearest friend.

We've had lots of wine openers; that should say something right there. This one has a great operating feel this is very balanced and smooth. Slightly heavy but I'm hoping that means it will last longer. Excellent opener!

I have had others that worked more easily. This one looks nice and seems well-made yet the screw doesn’t seem to go into the cork easily. This makes it hard to control the bottle and the opener. I bought it as a gift for my 89 yo father and he can barely make it work. I have tried lubricating the corkscrew with coconut oil. The jury’s still out. If it doesn’t become easier to use, I will have to return it and purchase a different one.

I just bought this product a week ago, so here’s my first impression.Pros: Well made, should last a long time. The corkscrew has a non-stick coating so slides into the cork easily.Cons: The foil remover is useless, hang onto your wine knife. The (one) wine stopper included has a pump on it to remove air from the bottle. It doesn’t. You’ll need to buy a separate wine pump for this purpose.

I bought this opener for my wife because her friend had something similar. This one is made much better and sturdy. It opens a bottle of wine in no time at all! The box is quality and adds a nice touch for gift ideas! This is a great product! A happy customer here!

Bought for personal use but, would make a nice gift. So much easier to remove a cork! includes the foil cutter and everything you need to enjoy that bottle of wine.
