Excellent Creatine Supplement for Enhanced Performance
I've been using the GNC AMP HCl 189 tablets for a couple of months now, and I can confidently say that this product has significantly improved my workout performance. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience with this fantastic creatine supplement:Performance and Results:GNC AMP HCl 189 provides a potent dose of creatine hydrochloride, which has been scientifically shown to be more soluble and better absorbed by the body compared to other forms of creatine. I noticed a substantial increase in my strength and endurance within just a few weeks of consistent use. My recovery times have also improved, allowing me to push harder in subsequent workouts.Convenience:One of the things I appreciate most about this product is its convenience. The tablets are easy to take, and the dosage instructions are straightforward. I take two tablets daily, preferably before my workouts, and they fit seamlessly into my routine. Unlike powdered creatine, there's no need to mix it with water or worry about it dissolving properly. No Bloating or Digestive Issues:I've tried various creatine supplements in the past, and many of them caused bloating or digestive discomfort. However, with GNC AMP HCl 189, I've experienced none of these issues. The hydrochloride form of creatine is gentle on the stomach, making it an excellent choice for those who have had problems with other creatine types.Value for Money:The bottle contains 120 tablets, which lasts me about two months. Considering the quality and effectiveness of the product, I find it to be excellent value for money. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about improving their athletic performance.Overall Impression:GNC AMP HCl 189 has become a staple in my supplement regimen. Its effectiveness, convenience, and lack of side effects make it stand out from other creatine products on the market. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting on your fitness journey, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It has genuinely made a positive difference in my training and overall performance. In summary, GNC AMP HCl 189 tablets are a top-tier creatine supplement that delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a reliable and effective way to enhance your workouts, look no further.

Works great
These pills work great. They are a little big and hard to swallow so I would recommend swallowing one at a time. It really doesn’t taste like anything which is great.. I didn’t gain much water weight and my strength went up water recommend

Only Creatine HCL Tablets I’ve found
These GNC Creatine HCL Tablets are unique because they are the only one’s I’ve found. One can find capsules, but these are the only hard tablets I’ve found. FYI, Creatine HCL powder doesn’t mix with anything because it tastes awful

Seems to occasionally not break down during digestion
While there are tons of other reviews that speak highly of these pills, I will just say they are not for me. I've been taking them for a little over a month. It probably hasn't been long enough to notice any significant changes in strength or performance, but this morning, there was an ENTIRE pill in my stool. I looked this up online and saw that this could be a normal thing for slow-release or extended-release supplements/medications, but I assumed these things would break down entirely during digestion. I will just go back to creatine in powdered form.
