No more need for ruining sponges or using soap on my iron pans. This is perfect And I threw right in the dishwasher. Use with your hand or use dish scrub to move the mesh scrubby around. Perfect and didn’t ruin my seasoned pan. Put in the oven for a few minutes to dry off so it wouldn’t rust and no need to dirty a towel.

I was visiting out of state for nine days recently. Almost everyday we used at least one cast iron skillet for a meal prep. I did dishes everyday, which is where I found out about the cast iron chainmail scrubber. IT IS AMAZING! As soon as I returned home I ordered my chain mail scrubber. There are different sizes and shapes, I purchased the 6 x 8. This makes cleaning so easy and faster! I wish I had known about this a long time ago for my cast iron skillets. After finished, you can either rinse and place in the dishwasher or put some liquid soap and rub the chain to clean and rinse under water, which I prefer. The best way to describe this is many chain circles are attached together, forming a chain and then it is made into some shape. I have seen circle chain mails , squares and rectangles of all different sizes. I love to find affordable, useful “items” to share with friends that saves us valuable time, which we all need...AND THIS IS ONE! I dreaded this job before, but not now! Don’t waste time ordering yours.

I received this as a gift & it took me a little while to start using it as I hadn’t yet started cooking with cast iron much. Now that I have, let me tell you why you need this! - it’s simple but effective - it’s the perfect size - it has a ring on one end for hanging keeping it handy ( so you reach for that instead of soap ) You will be happy you have this!

This chainmail scrubber is just the job for removing stubborn stains on the cast iron skillets, and it is without doubt of the highest quality. I'm really going to enjoying using this.
