I had to change the hook on it to hold a bigger hook for the animals to be weighed on, but it reads easy and accurately.

Easy to use
I actually use it to weigh bales of hay (rope over rafter in barn and scale hanging from rope). Need to make sure my mares are getting the proper amount for their size

Highly Disappointed
Product came with corrosion in the battery compartment. Didn’t realize until a few weeks after buying when I needed to use it to weigh a deer. Cleaned corrosion and it worked for about 2 weeks then stopped. Amazon was only a 30 day warranty and HME never returned my emails.Won’t recommend or buy again.

Awesome little scale for the price, works great for weighing anything large, have weighed a bunch of deer and even some coyotes and bobcats. Highly recomend.
