Take shooting rubber bands to the next level!This is a brilliant rubber band gun that simulates a semi-automatic pistol in looks and action. You can load 5 rubber bands and shoot them one after another with no need to reload! I am enjoying shooting them for our cats to chase.The assembly works perfectly, and includes extra parts for the really fragile pieces. The time estimate for assembly is very quick compared to what it took me to make it, but I enjoyed the assembly a lot, and was painstaking about doing everything perfectly. Spending that time helped, I think, to make the action very smooth.Included in the kit are the pieces for 2 targets (apples!), so you can have marksmanship contests.I had lots of fun making it, and am enjoying it as a toy now that it's made!

This wooden rubberband gun actually works! So COOL! If you get this puzzle, be sure to wax any piece that connects to another. Otherwise, you'll have a very hard time getting the pieces to join. Also, be sure to sand smooth and wax the front and back of the inner pieces that will rub against each other like the slide and trigger parts. Instead of using a single rubberband to attach to the trigger and slide, I doubled up the band that connects to the trigger and used a separate band to connect to the slide. Otherwise, the rubberband is almost stretched to its limit.

He likes shooting at the range. I decided I would purchase this model for him, since he also assembles and paint small figurines as a hobby. He told me he liked it, so that was a nice surprise, usually hard to shop for someone who can buy there own toys. I have also personally completed the model racing car offered by the same company , and it is quite advance for a wood model. The wood sheets are very well marked and cut. A small part of the assembly was difficult, and I had to refer to the YouTube videos to understand what the pictograph instructions were talking about.But it turned out well.

High quality kit here. Just have to pay attention to the details. a tiny bit of sanding and wax on the sliding surfaces. About 2 hr. assy. time.I also have the UGEARS Bundle 2 in 1 Mechanical Truck UGM 11+ kit, but saving that for when I am clamped down in the house for weather...IF I had to pick/choose a negative, it would only be that the part marking is easy to follow, except that parts like #8, #18, have #S, and #1S. I guess that was an anomaly in the importation of the cad code to the laser cutter. No 8's?, just S's.....No biggie.

Very soild model decent built time. Had alot of fun building. I say model but it fully functions and works perfect. The directions are straight forward thou there was a few spots that needed waxing and it wasnt so clear as to where exactly. Its not to hard to figure it out if u look at what moves and makes contact. Also received it 7 days before the early date which was 4 weeks before last date. It came all the way from Ukraine to midwest in great shape and I will be picking up a few more models for sure.

Ordered this UGears rubber band gun for my 16 year old son. He spent about 1.5 hours sanding and putting it together. He did watch a video tutorial online for tips and did wax the pieces that were recommended to be waxed. It was awesome to hear him working away at it, rather than gaming, so I'm super stoked with this! Plus, he's been having fun shooting targets around the house. It takes patience to put together, so it was a good project for him to do.

9yrs old son and I had the blast making this! Review after 3 month later from purchase date, another son try to make it but ended up breaking some of the pieces b/c they are so delicate, need to be careful when you separate them from main. Lucky enough that there were spares to complete. When the instruction says wax it, you need to wax darn gods to make the item come together, otherwise your force of nature by hand will break the item. Have fun!

I did love this kit and was my first just to give them a try. It came with a small piece of sandpaper and a small piece of wax plus a few rubber bands to target shoot with. Just take you time you won't need any tools just go slow and lightly sand where they say sand and yes wax the right pieces so it'll work as it should mine is fun and smooth to use and play with.

It was a fun build and absolutely functional. Took a while to understand how the rubber band worked with the trigger but it was so satisfying to hear it "click" when the manual tells you to test it. The connector pins need quite a bit of force to set properly. I found my safety/lock switch and trigger a little stiff but it might just need getting used to. (Don't be afraid to use the wax liberally)Overall it was a really fun experience and I look forward to trying some of Ugear's other builds

Connaisseur depuis peu de la marque, j'ai vite été emballé : produits ludique, "facile" à monter, pièces bien découpées, précises.Plusieurs maquettes à mon actif et pour celle ci a un cruel problème de conception, en effet, la pièce en bois qui entraine la culasse, s'use très facilement (1 des 3 pistolets acheter était HS en moins d'une semaine)
