I bought these for my son who has ADHD. I haven’t been willing to put him on medication yet, it scares me. So I found this as I was searching for a natural alternative. The first day everyone could tell that something was different. He seems to be able to think more clearly, and in a more cheerful mood. His teacher asked us if something changed, because he was doing so amazingly in class!!

really large capsules
I like these and will continue to take them, But I wish they were mini's. I have a hard time swallowing large capsules...

I like that this product is made to pharmaceutical standards. What is stated on the container is what is in the product, unlike some supplements. Research has shown fish oil can improve symptoms of depression. My experience with this product confirms those findings. After two months, I noticed significant improvement.
