This came via USPS. It was supposed to signed for by the recipient. The mailman rang the doorbell and walked away. I was home anticipating the delivery, so it was retrieved right away. By no means was this handed “directly to the customer”, nor was it signed for. I shudder to think a $3000 purse was left sitting on my porch, especially 2 weeks before Christmas!!! Unacceptable!!!
