CadburyCurly Wurly Bar (Pack of 6)

My husband loves Cadbury chocolate, so I bought some of these to put in with his birthday gift. Since there were five of them, he offered me one, and I really enjoyed it. This was the first time we had tried these, and I plan to buy them again. I like the fun, swirly shape and the chewy, chocolate-covered caramel. It makes a great snack while reading or watching TV.

Chocolate had white coating as if stale. Tasted stale. Chocolate coating was not shiny and smooth as typical chocolate candy bars are. Dry feeling. I had these bars before and the ones I received with this order were just not up to normal expectations.

The original candy bar was called the Marathon Bar from the 70’s, this candy bar is the retro remake and I love it. It brought back a lot of carefree memories from my younger days, thank you.

Chocolate was white and crushed. It definitely looked old and the chocolate was super crumbly and dry. I've been buying these for years, this is the first time I've had them where they definitely were old. These weren't edible, so I binned them.

These are just like the Marathon bars like when I was a kid.

Highly disappointing. Chocolate was whitish and crumbling, caramel was brittle and dry. I have had these fresh and they were delightful. This order was all like this 2 packages of it. Do not recommend buying these.

I had a moment of panic, I read the reviews after I placed my order. But I got exactly what was advertised, six packs of four.

The chocolate coating was dry and had the faded color of chocolate that was stored in a high temperature then cooled down. We ate them but they were not as good as usual.
