Great Tervis quality
I use these every day for iced tea and have had a few over several years. They hold the temp well and are lighter than the metal versions. They do tend to get clouded if exposed to certain things, like sunscreen, so I replace them every so often when that occurs. They are also durable enough to survive most drops.

Not clean!
Cup is great however it had some kind of blue soap or detergent caked onto the side of the cup when it was delivered. It wiped off easily but would have preferred that it come clean AND in a box or bag. Will most definitely be washing the cup multiple times before use.

Cracked rim
Came with a cracked rim... It doesn't really affect the cup since you put a lid on over it, but still kinda disappointed for how much it costs...
