25 feet and at bargain basement prices!
Having purchased fuel line hose from the auto parts stores by the inch all my life and at crazy prices, this 25 foot roll is a godsend. I feel like a Kennedy or Warren Buffet or a Bill Gates! 25 feet and at bargain basement prices! I'm tempted to proudly display it on the mantle but the wife threatened divorce. Tough decision; I know. lolThis is an American made product and carries the rating designating it's suitable for fuel line hose usage with oxygenated fuels (alcohol added) prevalent today. NOTE: NOT for high pressure (40+ psig fuel injected vehicles! There's a different rating for that use. Look it up to be safe. The Goodyear website gives all the info one needs to be safe. Use it.

This stuff works great for my application
This stuff works great for my application. I enjoy working on metric motorcycles from the 80's and 90's, This line fits the fuel fittings much better than 1/4" line. It seems to be of good quality so far. Another bonus is the od is not that big for the id. This is hard to quantify, but it has the right amount of stretchiness for what I want to do, ie it stretches around fittings not to loose and not too tight. If 1/4" fuel line is a little to small, get some of this stuff. I have been looking for 5/16" fuel line for a long time, I was not disappointed.

Great price, fit exactly as it should
Great price, fit exactly as it should, and handles biodiesel, diesel, and gasoline just fine. This is much cheaper than what you'll find in your local auto parts store and seemingly better quality. Although the spool size likely holds more than you need, the lower price vs foot still makes it a sensible purchase if you're using more than a few feet.

Running on diesel, so will have to see if it lasts at least the first 20k mi.
I just used this product to replace my upper fuel lines in my 2005 Volkswagen Passat (B5.5) TDI. This was a direct fit which resulted in zero modifications (if you don't include cutting the line to match the fitment length). Since my vehicle runs on diesel fuel, I'm really hoping based upon previous reviews that these will hold up as long as the OEM fuel hoses. I will check back in 10k miles (next oil change) and again later at 20k miles (fuel filter replacement) to see how well these lines hold up. If I'm happy at 20k miles, then I'll re-adjust to 5 stars.

Worked Great:
The hose worked for my purpose quite well. I used it to extend my gas line so I could have my gas can in the front of the boat. It was the best price I could find, the delivery was quick and the quality seems good.

Good price, but unknown sediment found after useage
Pro: excellent price vs local auto parts stores. Easy to cut & doesn't hold wound shape too long.Con: possibly may have some sort of disintegration occurring of the inside of the line. I say possibly because I cannot be 100% sure without looking inside the hose. This is why I say possibly: I rebuilt the carburetor, added a new metal fuel line from carb to fuel pump and I rebuild fuel pump too. I used a short 12 inch piece of this hose from the pump to a clear inline filter then approximately 5 foot of this hose to feed the fuel system gas by a gravity feed, while I worked on the gas tank. This way I could run it with a gravity feed of gas in the mean time. After I used about 2 gallons of gas I noticed some black sediment in the glass sediment bowl right before the carburetor.I have have not been able to determine exactly what the settlement was or where it came from. I will keep an eye on this as I continue with the vehicles restoration. I will update any other findings as time progresses.

Hope it's Ethanol Rated
Used this roll to replace two Filter to Engines lines in my Grady-White 175 Spirit.Four year old (Ethanol Rated) lines were sun damaged (cracked) and hope this line holds up to the Ethanol in our gasoline, damage from that can be greater than sun cracks. This is beyond the filter and any 'sloughing' from inside the line will go straight into the engines and really cause expensive clogging problems.Customer Question answer #2 indicates using it with caution...Wouldn't you know that Amazon charged ME 6% more than their current price...

Hose is marked 30R7, but I used a 3-ft ...
Hose is marked 30R7, but I used a 3-ft piece as a fuel line in a golf cart (using E10 gasoline and oil mix) and the hose broke down and contaminated my fuel. It may be OK with pure gasoline, but the ethanol is all modern gasolines seems to react with the material this hose is made of. The hose section I used, became swollen to about 1.5 times its original size in 3 days time. The hose was very inexpensive, but beware of the intended application before using this hose.
