Exactly what I needed and the correct size

This nut won't screw on so I'm having to use the clutch without it. It's poorly machined with bits of excess metal sticking out and the whole thing looks like a false economy.

As described, basic, decent, value for money

This is not universal size: it didn't fit my Pearl hi hat stand. It's a shame because it seems very sturdy.

good quality spare clutch for a pretty good price (£9.68 at time of review) lets be honest sometimes these things just go missing or you have 2 sets of hats depending on if your practicing or gigging

My husband is a drummer and drum teacher, and he has been very pleased with this hi-hat clutch. When we got it out of the packet, it looked like there was a stain on it, but it is a little bit of chipping of the chrome plating. This doesn’t affect its use, however, it is a really good bit of kit and definitely worth the current price of £9.68.Recommended.

Fits and works well

Listing doesn't give you the most important measurement, the pull rod opening size. This is 6mm not 8mm so it doesn't fit pearl, tama or gibralter hi-hat stands. I guess this is more for older stands with 6mm pull rods.
