The media could not be loaded. I opened the box to find the activator crystallised over the bottle, the shampoo solid in the bottle and the other bottles looking dodgy. For a product that needs to handled with care and could have serious consequences if not in date - this is really concerning. Really awful.

I can't rate properly yet as why I've put 3 stars. I've not washed off yet as not yet 72 hours . But I must say so far so good I love the fact no yellow it honestly disappeared in the wash amazingWill update once 8w hours and washed the hairUpdate efta my hair beautifully soft and shiny and no yellow. Had very high hopes then went out and back to frizz very disappointed as .y hair is stunning indoors
