It's pretty, but I do not think the stones inside are genuine. Rather looks like crushed fish tank gravel .

I just opened this and to my surprise there was also a little necklace in it. I put it on and the stomach pains I'd been having the last 2 days almost went away completely. I wasn't even expecting any thing like that.
