The media could not be loaded.  These are classy and beautiful. There isn't a bad thing that I can say about them.Irish coffee makes me think of the holiday season in North Dakota in my younger years. We would go Christmas shopping in the morning. By lunchtime we were so irritated by the crowds that we would have to go to the local "Neighborhood Grill" and start drinking. Naturally, it would be cold outside, so we would pick a warm beverage. Irish Coffee with a shot of Bailey's was usually what we ordered. They would come in these mugs and topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. There was nothing that a few of these drinks and a Chicken Fajita Roll-up couldn't cure. After a few years, Irish Coffees at Applebees became part of the Christmas shopping tradition. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of all of the wonderful memories with my best friend and my sisters as we clung onto those cups in preparation for braving the elements once again. Some years it would be snowing and other years it would be so sunny that we would have to wear our sunglasses as we sat in the window clad addition. No matter what the weather, we would sit for a few hours talking, laughing and enjoying each others company.Fast forward 12 years. My baby sister and I were standing at the Aria in Vegas. It was early morning and we were doing our favorite activity of Sin City; watching a roulette wheel spin. As we stood there debating if we should play or go grab breakfast, a waitress walked by us carrying a tray of Irish coffees in these cups. The memories of all of those Christmas shopping adventures came flooding back. I smiled flagged her down and ordered two of them. Kelsey wasn't old enough to join us in Irish Coffees at Applebee's all of those years ago. Now was the time that we added onto those memories. I don't remember if we won money (the Irish Coffee was deliciously strong) but, there is no where else I would have rather been at that moment. The only thing that would've made it better is if our other sister and my best friend would have been standing at the table with us.When I got home from that Vegas adventure, I knew I had to find these cups. The fluted feet give it a beautiful dimension on the bottom. The handle is sturdy enough that it can be held like a normal coffee cup (or have two fingers slipped through it and held around the glass like me). The handle the dishwasher like a champ and the glass is thick enough that it's not overly fragile.After a short search on Amazon, I found these cups and knew that I had to buy swizzle sugar sticks to go with it to give it that full Aria experience.These are perfect for any occasion. Coffee for guests at a dinner party. Lattes and Irish Coffees with Brunch or just because it's Thursday. Any reason to have a beverage out of this cup is a a good one.Get these cups, feel fancy and make some memories. The flashbacks will make you want to use them more and more.

Thought maybe the size was miss typed for the cost, but was not expecting to receive just one cup. Description said 1 (12 count).

I am very particular about my barware and have been looking for a proper Irish Coffee glass (and other hot whiskey and rum drinks) and came across these. I have seen some similar glasses in stores that had facets and they just didn't look right to me. These are perfect and they have a much more subtantial feel than I was expecting.I thought the price was great as I saw similar glasses priced at about 20.00 for four. I didn't really need a dozen but 12 for about 30.00 was too good to pass up.The packaging was outstanding. The internal Libby box is extremely stout. Surrounding that box was some extremely dense bubble packaging. Needless to say evrything arrived intact. And of course Amazon Prime shipping came through as always.As an aside I was pleased to be able to buy Libby glasses in a dozen quantity. There are other Libby glasses that I woulod like to buy but I just can't justify buying a two or three dozen box and then heve to store the extra glasses somewhere. I understand that commercial eateries and bars need to buy in such quntities but I'd like to see Libby offer all their glasses in one dozen packs that are suitable for purchase for home use.

The listing was for a pack of 12, but I only received one mug. After contacting Amazon, they replaced the order, and I asked specifically: Is this for a pack of 12? Yes, I was told. Once again, I received a single mug. Evidently the listing online didn't match the information at the warehouse, and my contact at Amazon was unaware of this.The mugs otherwise are fine. 8.5 oz instead of 8 oz, but one hardly notices the difference.

Misleading. It says you get a pack of 12, I only got 1 mug.

not Waterford. for the price, I was not expecting that quality. seams on the glass are somewhat unfinished. I purchased 2 dozen of these to serve a spiked mint hot chocolate at the end of a Christmas party. whipped cream on top with a sprinkle of gold sugar. paired with a chocolate mint. the presentation detracted from the quality of the mugs. good enough for my purpose and will probably never be used again. (be great for irish coffee though.)none arrived broken.

I hold alot of dinner parties; these are perfect for dessert coffee. They do not hold alot of coffee, so I wouldnt use these for coffee cups in the morning; more for dessert coffee. They look great, and you really cant beat the price. **For the caramel cafe's I make: 1 spoon of caramel ice cream topping, 1 spoon of sugar, add coffee. Stir and top with reddi whip and chocolate shavings. They are the perfect way to top off a dinner party in such pretty cups!
