If I could give this more stars, I would. Best Tech Tools have exceeded my expectations in every respect.I ordered this because I have always wanted a watch for my Leatherman, and this was an affordable way of doing it by utilising my Apple Watch and bracelet, and being able to wear them at the same time.I ordered the watch adapter during the early stages of lockdown in the UK and across Europe. After I hadn’t received the item by the due date I contacted BTT, who were always polite, helpful and informative. After the adapter was delayed for over a month, BTT responded by sending me another adapter, stating that if the original is received then I could keep that as a gift for my inconvenience. The level of customer service is outstanding!Onto the adapter, which I have just received, and I can honestly say that it has lived up to, and exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly, looks brilliant and as I said before now let’s me wear the two bits of kit on my wrist that I haven’t been able to wear together before. It was also simple to install, with really clear instructions.I don’t often write reviews, but I felt in this case BTT, and Dave in particular, deserve a huge thank you and well done from a very happy customer.
