Fabriano Ecoqua A4 Spiral Bound Graph 5MM Notebook Blue

Had been using a similar notebook from Paperclip for the past year, but shifted to this after seeing the reviews from fountain pen users.Paper quality is very good, not too thick or too 'papery'. Very smooth and accepts all types of fountain pens and inks that I've tried on it until now. Absolutely no bleeding even with runny ink.Would've been better if it was hardbound, at least the back cover. Right now you need to use this on a hard surface, nothing else will work. I've removed the hard cover from my Paperclip book and fitted it on this as a workaround. People who use one handed or on their lap may need to think about this before purchasing.

Mostly fountain pen ink friendly. However, on broad and flex, there is some feathering and show through. Smooth paper and good dry time. It doesn’t show sheen like Tomeo river paper. Equivalent to Rhodia paper but cheaper. It will be good if they are available in A5 or B5 size as well.

While the product is excellent - a bit more meticulous packaging will help from corners and pages getting crumpled and damaged.

Absolutely loved the outcome! Totally upto my expectations the spiral notebook is beautiful + grid lines are well maintained, loved the packaging as well :)

This is such an amazing product,the pages are thick enough that ink doesn’t leak to the page behind and especially for me it’s a big plus as I use fountain pens.Plus the grid is not made in black it’s in grey which make the grid visible but not overpowering so I can use my black pen and spot it easily.it also has binder holes and a scored line on each page so you can easily tear it out and attach it into a binder.Ordering one in every colour!

I was looking for a book to start my new bullet journaling, and I was pleasantly surprised by this Fabriano notebook!I wanted a spiral bound one as the binding lasts longer, and it's more convenient to fold it while using. Was very happy with the binding on this book.I used a Sakura Micron Pigma black pen, and there's hardly any ghosting! The highlighters that usually bleed through the pages of my other notebooks don't bleed here at all. The ghosting is very faint, but does not bother me at all. The pages are of a good thickness. All in all an excellent purchase!The only thing I'd change is ordering the A5 instead of the A4 for bullet journaling, as the A5 would be better to carry around and use. Will be making another Fabriano purchase soon!

This is by far the best and affordable substitute to International brands like Whitelines or Staples Arc. The colour of the notebook is so much nicer than the picture shown. The paper are of amazing quality and the graph print is impeccable. I am ordering 2 more sets now.

Product is superb, but the packaging should be improved to protect the corners from getting damaged
