To start with the measurements for this treatment couch are entirely incorrectThe images show the height of the couch at the center - the bit that is not adjustable, at 58cm from the floor. That is just above knee height. The picture of me sat at the head of the bed with the stool at it's lowest setting, shows just how low it is, not at all usable - I need this for lashes the client would be lay flat. The blue mark is where the height SHOULD be according to the listings measurements (71cm). Also the length of the bed is 170cm not 188cm as stated.Secondly, the bed itself is a nightmare to put up, some of the holes don't line up, the handle on the back of the head section wouldnt go in at all, the instructions are seriously lacking, the screws don't match the instructions.. so all that time and effort wasted for a useless piece of equipment.I have been offered a ridiculous £10 back to keep this item, or full refund but return postage expense paid for by me, which for an item this heavy will cost me a small fortune. I am now hugely out of pocket due to the lies on this listing with a huge box sat in my shop waiting days for each reply from the seller.

1. This product is bigger than I had in my mind; and roughly meets the seller's dimensions.2. There was a stain on the product - and the seller reimbursed me for this (the desiccant burst in transit of the product)3. It's difficult to assemble - but not impossible - some of the screws were slightly out of line. The instructions are 'so-so' OK - but if you were a DIY novice, it could be problematic for you!4. The head of the chair does not come straight up - it only goes up as much as what is in the seller's picture5. The stool is great and comes up quite high - it's perfect for the height of the chair/couch.6. It's easily cleaned, but also the material of the chair is easily marked.Overall - this is a good product *for the price*. It is much cheaper incl delivery than other sellers on Amazon. So if this is a starter chair for you, it could be just what you need.It does have limitations as I've mentioned above. But if you want an all-singing-all-dancing salon chair with much more customisability and functionality with the head and feet levels - you will likely have to pay much more for one.If you want a chair that is functional and still looks professional, this is a good start. But you may be better putting the £120 into a higher-end chair if these things concern you.
