Great for polishing forms
I alternate between these and kali sticks to polish my forms. I like the weight, not heavy, not too light either. Great texture all around. It has enough roughness that you won't worry about your grips slipping but not abrasive. They might be safer to use for sparring than Bahis or Iron Woods but I have yet to try. They're just plain awesome!

Great training tools for a good pricing.
Feels good n your hand. Good for training in the arts of Single Sword, Double Sword, Sword and Knife, Sword and Shield, Stick and Sword, Etc. I use these training tools when I teach ENUMERADO Drills, SOMBRADA Drills, Mano Largo, Disarms, ABCEDARIO and CROSADA,, Always use cautrion because they have weight and a point. Use Safety Glasses in training.
