Started taking this to help control blood sugar and help balance my hormones (I have type 2 diabetes and PCOS). When I say this is a miracle pill I mean it! My blood glucose level improved almost immediately! And it regulated my menstrual cycle! My PCOS causes amenorrhea and I usually take medroxyprogesterone every other month to force a withdrawal bleed. After a couple weeks of taking this I swear I could feel myself ovulating. Exactly 1 month after my last induced withdrawal bleed, I got my period without having to take my prescription! And the price is right too. I cannot rave about this product enough.

i don’t know how flavor, thickness, and sheerness relate to this but i’ll give them all 5 stars. this stuff makes me feel overall better mentally & just helps me have a better outlook on life. my doctor advised me to take this which id probably recommend but it definitely does what it says it does. it’s one of the few things that i really notice a difference if i miss a couple doses

This Inositol is now in my top three supplements for treating nerve pain due to insulin resistance. BTW, the other two are Ceylon cinnamon and alpha-lipoic-acid. The pills are fairly large to swallow but I found I can instead let them dissolve in my mouth. The coating is neutral flavored and the rest tastes/feels like antacid, pleasant mildly sweet natural flavor but fairly chalky. Definitely seems to help keep pain at bay.

Its been 3weeks since I started taking the Inositol for my PCOS. It really does make you have vivid dreams. No nightmares but very detailed dreams. I sleep better. Sharp pains are gone and my mood is amazing!

The product is good, i think the value for money is good too having in mind that is 1,000mg per tablet, meaning less tabs to swallow a day, but the tablets are huge! If only they cool do this concentration in soft pills, they are hard to swallow. The flavor of the pills is none and smell is normal too. Hope they work. They should advertise the size of the pills, that is the reason why I’m giving them 3 stars because they never show nor mention the size of the tablets.

I was doing research on PCOS and found several clinical studies about Inositol. I ordered this product because it came in the right dosage and had solid reviews. I am impressed! I can notice right away if I miss a dose, especially in regards to my energy level. Several reviews stated the pill was large, but it is the same size as a good multivitamin. It is smooth and tasteless so relatively easy to take. I did notice if I take the second pill too late in the evening, it does keep me awake. May Update: this product is still amazing! I am faithful to take 2 in the am and 1 in the pm. It no longer keeps me awake or restless if I take it too late in the day. It took several weeks to adjust to that.
