Beautiful and beautiful sounding, great balance, feels great to play.

This bow is great for students or as a backup. The bow I received has a good bounce, but is a little too tip heavy. The hair is rather fragile and breaks frequently, but it is grippy enough once you break it in. This bow is FAR superior to the horrible Glasser bows that many beginners start out with, and at a much lower price.

My son loves the German style bow. He had a French style bow, but wanted to try the German style. This is now his preferred bow.

Purchased for my son who is a bass player and has played in our local Philharmonic Orchestra and in his college orchestra and he states it is a fine bow. The customer service is second to none. Great job.

I really haven't tried enough expensive professional bows to be an expert reviewer, but this bow is significantly better than any of my other student bows. I never played German bow before, but now I am hooked on it. I play mostly pop, but when I go to the bow, I literally have to turn off my amp because my bass is plenty loud enough when using this bow.

This bow is excellent for the price. This is clearly not a master made bow; however, the finish and feel are very good. It is comparable to the $200-$300 bows that people had bought locally, while I was in university. I would recommend this as a perfect starter bow for students or a travel bow for someone worried about damaging an expensive one.
