Good Bridge- Fit Squier '70s Vibe Precision bass perfectly
Excellent bridge. The quality is good and it is heavy as one would expect from a "Hi-Mass" bridge. I am not entirely sure that changing a bridge is a game changer for a bass but feel relatively certain that it improved the tone and sustain of my bass. This was the final modification after installing an Audere Preamp and Bartolini pickups. The bridge fit on my Squier '70's vibe Precision Bass perfectly. The holes matched up exactly and it was very easy to install with no modification needed to the bass or the bridge. Be sure to remember that it is necessary to set your intonation after installing a new bridge. I held this against my old bridge and adjusted the string lengths so that the intonation would be close as soon as it was installed. The price was right and the quality is good. I am pleased.

Big Bridge = Big Tone
This bridge is a quality piece in comparison to the standard bridge for my MIM Jazz Bass. It looks great, is well built, adds sustain and heft to the notes that wasn’t there before. It was a direct fit for my bass; just unscrew the old one, and screw this one in place and you are good to go. It looks good, and sounds good too! This is an awesome, easy upgrade for your ax.

Fender bridge, fits perfectly
Great bridge and fast delivery. Perfect upgrade to my Fender PJ bass. Quick set up and the extra mass does help with some sustain and control over the bent metal bridge that was stock.

Great product, fit perfectly on a Fender P bass
Just put this on my Fender MIM P bass. Made by Fender for Fenders, fit is prefect. Set up was straight forward. Set the string height using Music nomad equipment small kit. The bridge made it so I could get the string action down to .075, no buzz. Used a tape measure to rough set intonation, before I put on the strings. (Check on line Fender has direction for that) I was lucky rough setting was very close so not much adjustment needed. I used a (Peterson strobe, strobo clip HD, clip on). Real like the bridge sounds great, looks great, I liked it enough that I just ordered another one for my Jazz bass. Buy one you won't be sorry.

An easy, attractive upgrade to my Fender bass!
I purchased this as a replacement for the bridge and saddle assembly on a Player II Mustang PJ bass, mostly for aesthetic reasons, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Installation was a breeze -- the screw holes align perfectly with the old bridge, so it was a simple matter of swapping out the bridge assemblies with no drilling involved. It took about 20 minutes total to install the new assembly, restring the bass and adjust the intonation. Not only does it look great, the saddles provide better sustain, so it sounds better as well.

Fender HiMass Bass Bridge
Why doesn't Fender make these HiMass Bass bridges standard on all of their MIM Fender Precision and Jazz basses? I installed HiMass on a Fender Vintera 60's Jazz Bass. The stock bridge on the Vintera was definitely inferior and of lower quality than the HiMass. The Vintera's stock bridge featured old-school flat head screws for saddle height adjustment... which is annoying, because all of my other basses utilize the hex style.... like the HiMass. HiMass was simple, easy and quick to install. If my non-mechanical ass can install this bridge.... anybody can. Only thing needed was a phillips screwdriver and the hex wrench to raise/lower saddles after strings are reinstalled. Fender included screws for the HiMass. I've seen some reviews on the HiMass saying that screws were not included and original screws must be used.... this is false. The Fender Vintera sounds great after reinstalling Ernie Ball Cobalt Flat strings and tuning up with reverse-style tuners. I can get "super low" action with the new HiMass bridge without strings buzzing on the frets. I didn't think I could get a Fender bass with action as low as say... an Ibanez Soungear, but I've managed to pull it off with the HiMass. Overall... this is an easy, inexpensive, quality upgrade to any Fender MIM or Squire Precision or Jazz Bass guitar. Highly recommended.

Genuine Fender
I replaced the original bent piece of steel that made up my factory “Squire” bridge. Pros: Looks fantastic Holes line up perfectly, so no redrilling Lots of adjustment ( range ) for all needs Plated thick to help grounding underneath Cons: None really. Does it make your bass play or even sound better? A bridge is simply a mechanical device. Come play time, it doesnt add “warmth”. Get real. It simply needs to have the range of adjustment to intonate and help set the action height and proper alignment to the pickups. Now if the looks give you a warm feeling, fine. As stated, I like the improvement in ascetics. I think it looks great, and was willing to spend the money it.

If you want longer sustain then this bridge will help
I am very impressed quality of this heavy bridge made by Fender. Your bass guitar will sustain a note much longer using this high mass bridge. I highly recommend it for that reason.
