Worked great
Original charger got bent and didnt work. This one plugged in and worked great like I never had a problem. Definitely worth the money to save my laptop.

even though it had what I considered good support in that area
Just bought it so far its working OK. The original from Samsung lasted for about 3 years, as the cord where it plugs into the computer ended up failing and loosing the connection from time to time, even though it had what I considered good support in that area. This one does not have any support such as the original, so I wrapped it up with a strip of Velcro, with hopes that it will last. Time will tell. The replacement cost was cheap enough, but you would think that the manufacturer would consider more wire support in this area.

Great Replacement Item
The product arrived on time and I was able to start my computer immediately after it powered down. It has been working as well as the original power cord.
