Great headset, remote not compatible to daydream
The headset was very comfortable with the standard foam inset. Everything worked as described. My only issue was that the reviews didn't mention if the controller would work with daydream, which IT DID NOT. Again the remote is not daydream compatible. The headset comes with attached headphones with a 3.5mm audio jak well place to get audio from your phone. The lenses were adjustable, bot pupillary distance and clarity for both eyes, so three adjustables in total for vision. I am using a pixel 3 xl and had no issue getting my phone to fit inside and close. There was no light creep or issues with light getting in the headset to disturb the full emersion. Ultimately I didn't have it long enough to test durability but it felt well built for what its worth. It also came with some cool fun stickers if your into that type of stuff. I would recommend this product if you happen to have a spare controller or Android phone lying around to replace the not compatible controller. The controller did feel cheaply built but worked well for the functionality it did allow when I surfed a web page with some vr video content. I did give this headset 5 stars because it did everything as advertised just had issues with my specific use case.

IPD is not wide enough for me. Did not work with my Moto g7.
I could not get a single image. The image quality was good, but it was like having my eyes crossed. When I adjusted the inter-pupillary distance (IPD), it would start to merge and then stop before getting correct. I think it was a limitation of the design, not just this particular device. Very frustrating. :( May work well for some people with some phones, but a listing of actually which phones and the ipd limits would be very helpful and prevent unnecessary returns. The image quality was great and the sound was excellent.

Shipping package without actual packaging?!
Okay, start to finish: quick easy shipping. However, Seller, did you seriously send it to me in the Amazon mail like this? Goodness knows stuff inside could have been stolen. Put your packages in actual, secured-shut boxes. That's definitely removing a few stars from my review. Moving on...Took me about 15 minutes to get everything figured out. The remote worked with my android (moto g7 power). The set is built well. But it seems backward having the audio connect on the right-side (like other reviewers said); it does rest the phone right down on the column and power buttons. And the vision adjustments. It's not enough for someone with high-strength glasses like me. I should be able to see through walls, with the magnification I have on my nerd glasses. With your VR set, all I get is blurry double vision and an instant headache. No matter how much I adjust it, with or without my glasses, I can't get the pupillary distance to decrease to less than 60mm. So if you have a small head or your eyes are super close together on your head, you'll probably have difficulty seeing in this.Sadly, I'm just going to regift this to someone with perfect vision, and try to find a different, smart-VR for myself.

Great mobile vr headset
I very much enjoyed this headset, visually it is very appealing with a fabric outside, and overall high quality fron the headpbones (not much bass but thats okay) to the customs for your face. Downsides are focusing the lenses, ird hard to get a very precise focus. Also the controller is nice, difficult to figure out exactly what does what, but it's much nicer than solely uing the button on the headset to make selections. The slide on the remote to give direction up down left right is not very smooth, but I dont often have need to use it.IMPORTANT NOTE, mobile vr will never match a true vr headset, keep in mind when ordering to avoid dissapointment if you compare to an oculus, you will never get that quality from your phone, also much of the functionality relies on your phones sensors, compass, accelerometer etc.

Great headset! Very comfy! Very well designed
Of the 5 different headsets I've tried, this is easily the most comfortable. The ear pieces can swing out of the way.The face padding is ample. The volume and call controls in the underside aren't so close together that you would accidentally press the wrong. The hatch is opened via push-button, which is very nice!My only gripes are:1. it is the only headset that won't accommodate my phone while still wearing an Incipio slim case, though absence of a case is probably expected.2. the audio plug is on the right side, meaning that many phones will be resting on the power and volume buttons.3. Half of the video control functions on the included remote do not work in the VR video players that I tried: play/pause, forward/back, prev/next, and menu do no work in VaR's VR Player, VR Player Pro by SpherePlay, VR Media Player by PoppoLab.Additionally, the remote often has trouble connecting, and the included batteries were already dead.Still, I would recommend; just don't expect too much from the remote.

read a variety ofcustomer reviews before you consider this purchase
honestly I just bought my new galaxy S10 plus after upgrading from my s7. i went all in when i first got my s7 and spent the 300$ and purchased the oculus gear vr ( which was a little bit pricey ) but i was beyond satisfied with it for the time i owed it. this time around i thought I'd try to save a few bucks and give this a chance. for what its actually worth it isnt bad a product especially if your trying to save a couple $$ . but after previously owing the oculus vr and experiencing the best VR, the falcon probably only offers about 40% of the actual capabilities of the oculus. There are a few design flaws like the remote only being able to function with my music player and app that require remote control are basically useless.. personally i will be returning this, swallowing my pride and purchasing the Oculus Rift.. you get what you pay for lesson learned..
