This company represents the biggest fraud ever the battery will only let you go a little over 1 mile it won’t do more than 12 miles an hour it comes put together in bashed up and smashed like a bunch of kids put it together I would never buy this again positive fraud from China is all I can say about it

Terrible experience
Bike drives alright, but came damaged, handle bar was loose even after i tightened it multiple times front and back wheel covers came damaged front light never set properly it's always loose and moves around also when i tried contacting them about a return the support team was very unfriendly and unhelpful.
