**Q: How do you adjust the gripper?**
A: Turn a knob. There is a scale to see how the resistance is changed, but it is not very precise.

**Q: What is a good basic to intermediate work out routine,  Reps/Sets and such?**
A: I'm really a novice with this device, although I've heard that forearm muscles can be worked daily, because of their being acclimated to daily use. I'm doing 3 sets of 10-15 reps currently, squeezing the handles until they touch for each rep. The resistance setting you need for that is going to take some trial-and-error on your part, as each person has a different level of strength.

**Q: Where is this made? i will not buy a made in ccp china product**
A: Officially? I don't know, but those labels are very misleading, because almost everything is made using tools and components whose materials, design, and assembly are from everywhere. You might spend your energy more effectively by wisely exercising your right to vote.

Quality is decent for youth. I would hesitate trusting the precision of the spring correlating to an exact weight. I bought this for my boys for grip and forearm strength in baseball. Obviously, I had to try it out first. Putting in on the max setting seemed to soften the spring a little where each incrementally lower setting seemed easier to not only myself but to my boys. Still enough stiffness after a few weeks to justify the purchase.
