Good performance
Great product for floor cleaning, easy to mop floors, good fiber cloth and long lasting. The mop is gripped by sliding from side which is open, more often it slips out. A design similar to Gala shall be better for holding the mop in grip.

Hook cap comes out while using. Threading need to be better.

Bad design, product okay.
As someone rightly said in one of the previous reviews, the mop slips out of the holder often when it is wet. And that's irritating most of the times. As long as someone wouldn't mind this drawback, you can go for it.

Not happy
So though it seems and looks tough, I went by everyone's review on Amazon and bought this.Am not very happy with what got delivered as it was a defective piece which throws out the mop from below the handle where it needs to be fixed time and again. Also it's better to buy a mop which auto squeezes itself than buy this.

Quality has gone worse
Handle rusted and the coating is falling off, in less than a year. The one purchased earlier lasted nearly 4 years. No replacement handle available. Not expected this from a company/brand like Scotch Brite
