Great balm, Sticky short-lived lube
The balm is incredibly soothing. Made with all natural, simple ingredients and no fragrances. The lubricant on the other hand is just awful. It’s weirdly sticky and you have to use a lot of it. It also doesn’t last long so you have to keep reapplying.

I'm recovering from a hysterectomy & my Pelvic Floor Therapist recommended multiple products from this company for at-home care.
