Perfect!
Exactly what I needed. Works perfect, have not had any problems with it for the few months I’ve had it. Love that it comes in a case.

Size small for Regular Adult
Cuff on the smaller side, to position properly, it’s difficult to view the manometer from the angle use stethoscope. I don’t recommend this product

Great Cuff; bulb won't re-inflate after less than 100 uses. ***Update great Customer Service***
I bought this BP Cuff to practice for my CNA class and state tests. It works great and does what it's supposed to.Because of the ADC packaging, one of the tubes is permanently creased right where it comes out of the cuff and I worry that it will crack or break at some point. My instructor said not to worry about it, so I won't take a star off for it, especially since it has a lifetime warranty. The Large Adult size is the average, most common size and has fit pretty much everyone I've practiced on.LOVE the glow in the dark dial for not waking up whomever it's being used on with harsh lights.*****Update May 2017*****I ended up with late term preeclampsia and needed my BP checked weekly for a few months following the birth of my second. However, I can confidently say this has been used less than 100 times in the last 5 years.I reviewed an ADC Stethoscope that's coating rubbed off after a while, and didn't notice the ADC CSR's comment on it until earlier this year and recently e-mailed them to get an address to send it back to. This ADC bp cuff (that I purchased at the same time) stopped working at the end of my home BP checks in 2016, so I'm sending that back too (bulb takes an hour to re-inflate when valve is wide open). I will update with how the replacement process goes. So far they have been very responsive and helpful via email.***Update June 2017***BP Cuff came back fixed, brand new stethoscope and new first aid scissors for my trouble. Great Customer Service!!! 5 stars.

very pleased
I bought this item to replace the inaccurate automatic self-test unit I recently purchased. This meter is well made and solid, and the arm cuff is large enough for a guy who has larger upper arms. To those of you who monitor your blood pressure at home, don't waste your money on those automatic self-test units. Most of them are dangerously inaccurate and inconsistant. Buy a sphygmomanometer and a top of the line stethoscope, not one of the "student" models that have lousy acoustics (no matter what the reviews say). It takes a bit of patience and practice to learn how to use these devises but the readings will be very close to those of a medical professional. These more professional devises cost a bit more, but compared to what many things cost these days, they are a bargain because your life is at stake. This devise comes with few instructions (why I gave it only 4 stars rather than 5), but there are well-written step by step instructions online at WebMed.com. If you are using the meter by yourself, to wrap the cuff around your arm, just attach the correct end of the cuff to your arm with a piece of painter's tape and wrap the rest on top. The cuff only needs to be snug, not tight, and be sure to line up the stethoscope mark with the vein inside your elbow. Finally, I'd suggest buying any equipment like this directly from Amazon because they accept returns, rather than from some of their associates who don't.

Love it!
Easier to pump than most of the other cuffs I've used. Easy to read. Accurate. Have one in each exam room. Love them!

Defective right out of the box
I dislike writing negative reviews and almost never do. However, this cuff arrived defective right out of the box, with the indicator needle resting outside the oval calibration mark. Attempted to return/reorder, thinking it was just a fluke, and was surprised to learn it is a non-returnable item. Fortunately the Amazon rep gave me the one-time option of replacing the cuff or crediting my account, and indicated I could dispose of or donate it. I would have done a replacement but if a second cuff was also defective I would not have been able to receive a credit due to the "one-time" option and would have been out $52. If I had paid attention to it being non-returnable I would have chosen another that was or purchased locally. I still think this was an anomaly and thus gave it 3 stars. Others may not have this issue.

Excellent product. I take manual BP's on a regular basis, and for for a long time I was using a regular sized cuff that I had received when I started nursing school, and also an extra large cuff that I bought from a uniform store. When the dial cap popped off of the regular sized cuff, I decided to invest in new cuffs. With the good reviews on this cuff, I decided to get one in regular size, and get the extra-large size as well. The difference with this new product was profound... it was like having a dirty windshield, and finally getting it cleaned, and realizing for the first time, how bad your vision was, and you had no idea. I can hear the heart beat so much easier when using these cuffs, versus the previous cuffs. Also, they are easier to inflate, and my ability to control the rate of deflation is much more fluid. The materials are sturdy, and well made. I highly recommend this product.

QUALITY PRODUCT
There are a lot of cheap sphygmomanometers out there. It pays to get a good one. The price difference is only $20-$30 between garbage and a quality product. This arm cuff is solid material that will last a long time; cheaper materials will fray with use and fall apart or the bladders inside the cuff will disintegrate. The velcro is high quality; you'll see a big difference if you look at cheaper brands (You can hear the difference when you "unzip" it). The manometer is, likewise, well made and guaranteed for life; (others have a limited guarantee). You will also find there are cheap insufflator bulbs and cheap valves on other units. These are well made and will last a long time. Be careful to buy the correct size cuff - child size, normal for a "normal" adult, or "large adult" if your overweight / pretty overweight (up to a BMI of about 40). Get the thigh cuff if your BMI is over 40 or so. (You can also take a measurement of your arm - the cuffs have a size range on them.)

Good but not as fully advertised.
Good quality product, however does not have a luminescent dial which was the biggest selling point for me.

unklare Gebrauchsanleitung u. ohne Stethoskop

Good so far
Only complaint is the pressure gage is difficult to easily clip to cuff as advertised. Accurate as tested against classroom manikin parameters.

Great
Very accurate, appropriate size, easy release of nobe. I really love that it not only points to where on the cuff you put above the artery, but also which side you put down (helpful when you're in a rush). The gage is well calibrated, although had i known how helpful it is I would have gotten a cuff where the gage and pump are attached to one another so you may use it with one hand. I manage by laying the gage on the bed beside the patient.

This makes the measurement extremely annoying.
The picture is misleading. The tubing distance from Dial to cuff is very small, unlike shown here as long as from cuff to bulb. This makes the measurement extremely annoying.
