Does anyone know if the salmon in dr. elsey's clean protein salmon dry food for cats is wild-caught? or sourced from farm raised?

fish is most common food allergen in kitties. yes, they love to eat it, but it's terrible for them all around. phosphate through the roof also.

What is the carbohydrate rating ?

The carbohydrates are extremely low as I feed this to my diabetic cat. Dr. Elsey's told me that the % of carbohydrates on a dry matter basis, which is the way it needs to be measured properly, is less than 5%. My cat likes this dry food and doesn't eat wet food so I am very happy it is so low in carbs.
