I have one cable hooked up to a camera running from inside my garage to outside so far it’s been holding up. It’s only experienced some mild rain.My only gripe is that the rubber weather resistant plug fell off the cable while I was installing and I lost it so I had to take it off the other cable. They should really include extra ones.

Works as should. I have it plugged in to house outlet with Blink outside in very cold weather upstate NY.

Quality product; reasonable price for 2; well made and eliminates changing batteries; great for long horizontal mounts but wish there was a shorter length option for vertical mounts so as to eliminate the large remaining uncoiled portion.

My cameras are set off a lot by wildlife. Thus my battery life was maybe half a year instead of 2 years. I started out looking at solar panels, and then I realized these would work for me.One camera is on the side of my garage and because of the 16' length, I can plug in inside the garage and get the power to the camera on the outside. The other camera is on the back of the house by the sliding glass door with a plug available on the side of the house. This camera might some day (I hope not) actually be a security camera. That is why I like the fact that because I left the batteries in the camera, were a perp to unplug the camera, it would keep on running!One important note. I have aftermarket camera mounts that stand the camera off from the wall by several inches. The standard mounts do not have enough space behind the camera for the power cable to plug in and the camera to point down.

It should be part of the original purchase. The camera side connectors are weatherproof. The usb side is not nor is the outlet adapter.

J’ai acheté un ensemble de 3 fils pour éventuellement brancher mes 3 caméras Blink lorsque les piles tomberont. J’ai malgré tout branché une caméra sur 3 parce qu’elle était sollicitée d’avantage. J’ai donc une pile de rechange.
