Over all good but…
The hitch itself overall is good, installation is fairly simple and straight forward. My issues are that the hitch, where it comes out through the valance, that you have to trim, is very low it’s not to the top of the valance, it protrudes through the bottom of the valance making it even lower. And second issue is not with the product itself but how they ship it, it had no protection just in a empty cardboard box. it came with the ears that you bolt to the truck bent, I had to bend them back out just to get it to fit. But all in all it dose what it is supposed to do, it holds my bike rack no problems holds my fishing rack no problems.

Decent value. Rides low..
Install wasn't too bad. Was able to install myself with jack stands. Does ride low in the front. 2016 F150. I would suggest having your vehicle leveled before installing. Mine is leveled.

Product arrived bent and not welded correctly on driver's side mounting flanges.
Had to convince the driver's side with considerable persuading. Was 1 inch off at the fwd driver's side (bent inwards) and after attach point was approx 1/2 inch off. Eventually squared up and then it installed easilly.

go online for the video
you will have problems with the spacers. they are too thick. cut a slot in them and slide them in once you have the hitch inplace and the bolts thru but not tightened. make life a lot easier.

Good enough, but not as expected
Ordered a Reese and received a draw-tite, as another reviewer has mentioned. Maybe they're the same company?Edit:I thought the Curt (31083) would tuck up better than the draw-tite, but it turns out they are almost identical. Both the Curt and the Draw-tite hang much lower than it needs to, greatly reducing ground clearance. Plus they both seem to stick out much farther than seems necessary.I'm not thrilled with it, but it is what it is. I need the functionality.Additionally, while it came in a box (ships/sold by Amazon), the hitch mounting plates were bent about 1/4" which made installation impossible without some adjustment (creative engineering).

Easy install
This is easy to install. The hard part is to figure out what holes in the frame to use. It fits well but could be higher, it hangs a little low. If it was higher it would look better when not in use.

Great product.
Very very tight fit,had to slightly bend 2 ends of receiver/hitch. I recommend to watch YouTube video how to install .Great product, I’m very happy with my purchase,

Beefy addition to add utility to your truck. “Pretty” trucks need not apply.
Surprisingly enough, fit my 2015 Ford F-150, xlt/ xtr, rather well. Damn sure a two person job in the driveway. Took longer than advertised, but was not that bad with help, impossible alone.
