The "jacket" is great. Fits well and looks nice.The hat was too small, but I have a fairly large noggin.

Love it! A little on the large size so great for the bigger man! My husband is 285 and 6 ft & had pretty of room!

This arrived quite swiftly, from China, apparently. It is reasonably well made and is a good fit. The 'balloon' sleeves are kept in shape with a circlet of slim plastic sewn into them at a point just below the shoulder. The faux velvet fabric is realistic and the whole garment is nicely lined. The fur trim is of good quality, sewn on well, which also applies to the band of brain just above the bottom edge of the gown. The garment is nicely finished, with no long threads hanging all over the place (as with other costumes bought on Amazon). The hat is basic (not lined) but adequate, and the feathers reasonable and securely attached.Having said that, I am amazed that the hat emerged from the packaging as well as it did.The big drawback is the packaging. The whole thing arrived in a package little larger than the average rectangular pillow on a bed. It must have been quite a feat to reduce the size of the garment to such an extent in order to get the polythene wrapping around it. Needless to say, when the robe (in its inner clear polythene bag) was finally eased from the packaging and then from its second skin, it emerged with more lines on it than a map of the world. There could not have been more creases in it if it had been purposely run over by a steamroller. Indeed, when it arrived I knew it had to be one of the costumes I had ordered (the smallest, I hoped), but I could hardly believe that it was possible to squeeze any costume into such a small package.Miraculously the circles of rigid plastic within the sleeves were not broken, and the hat emerged in a reasonable shape, with the feathers looking about the best part of the whole thing. After carefully hanging up the robe for over a week, some of the creases have gradually fallen out, but others look like they will only be removed by gently steaming the affected areas or with a really careful press using a thin cloth to protect the faux velvet fabric.It is a great shame that this otherwise very decent garment should be ruined to some degree by the thoughtless and terribly constricting packaging.

Great piece for my costume! Honestly surpassed my expectations, received so many compliments on my costume and couldn’t have done it without this.

The coat was fine, attractive and about the size I expected. The “extra large” hat would barely fit on a babies head! Too bad that the defect in such a crowning piece ruins the costumes functionality.

Fits anyone. A “robust” kingly look. Great detail, well made. Even the hat is nicely tailored.
